d/ Implementation and Budget
Members considered that the web will most probably be hosted and managed by a local company for easier communication and technical support. Ms.Lau Mun Yee suggested that there may be discount price on web design from HKU alumni and Prof.Lee Chack Fun suggested help may be from CCN . Ms.Tam Yuen Yin will follow up on the various things on the implementation of the website.

It is proposed that the site be launched around early November, 2004.
There being no further business on reunion aftermath and the building of new website, the meeting was adjourned at 8:30p.m.
