Chinese language will mainly be the medium of communication in the new website but articles written in English or simplified Chinese will be posed on the web intact. No translation will be made by the working members.

Members considered that the web will most probably be hosted and managed by a local company for easier communication and technical support. Ms.Tam Yuen Yin will follow up on the various things on the implementation of the website.

It is proposed that the site be launched around early November, 2004.

5. A.O.B.
